Purity, provenance, care and visits — the questions we hear most at the maison, answered the way we answer them in person.
Yes. Every gold piece carries the BIS hallmark for its stated purity — 14K (585), 18K (750) or 22K (916) — stamped alongside our house mark. Certificates for diamonds and gemstones accompany the piece.
Our diamonds are sourced exclusively through suppliers compliant with the Kimberley Process, and coloured stones are bought directly from vetted lapidaries we have worked with for decades. Provenance details are available for any piece on request.
Gold and stone prices move daily, and many of our pieces are made to order in your choice of purity and size. Enquire on any product — via WhatsApp or the form — and we will share a current, detailed quotation the same day.
Our size guide is shared during your enquiry, and the atelier couriers a complimentary sizing kit anywhere in India. Every ring and bangle can be made to your exact measurement — most pieces can also be resized later, free within the first year.
Keep pieces in their individual pouches, away from perfume and hairspray. Clean gold with a soft brush in lukewarm soapy water; wipe pearls and mother-of-pearl only with a soft dry cloth. Avoid wearing jewellery while swimming or exercising.
Every Aquison piece is entitled to complimentary professional cleaning and inspection, for life. Repairs, re-polishing, rhodium refresh and restringing of pearls are handled in our own atelier — nothing is sent out.
Solid gold does not tarnish, though it can dull with skin oils and dust. An occasional gentle clean restores full brilliance. Rose gold deepens very slightly in tone over years — a patina many of our clients love.
It begins with a conversation — a sketch, a photograph, or just an idea. Our designers develop drawings and a 3D render for your approval, the atelier casts and sets the piece, and you receive it hallmarked and certificated. Most commissions take four to eight weeks.
Yes — heirloom transformation is a house specialty. We can melt and recast your gold, reset stones into new designs, or restore a piece to its original state while preserving maker's marks wherever possible.
No fixed minimum. The design team will be honest about what is achievable within your budget and will propose purities, weights and stones accordingly. The first consultation carries no obligation.
Walk-ins are always welcome during opening hours. For bridal consultations, custom commissions or private viewings of high-value pieces, we recommend booking ahead so a designer and a private salon are reserved for you.
Certainly. We offer video consultations over WhatsApp where a stylist presents pieces live, answers questions and shares close-ups. Many clients shortlist remotely and visit only for the final try-on.
